GGuest UserBad experience staff were not so friendly or polite little rude at times. Apartment was not 5* the finishing touches were very poor! Plug sockets not working. No cooking equipment had to ask for fresh towels after 2 days. Major accident happened in shower where the glass door fell off and landed over my husband and cut him badly. No sorry or apologies moving room with zero help. Not impressed.

LLeonitoI stayed at La Serena Hotel alone for one night during a long international layover, and the location was exactly what I needed. Being close to Taksim Square made everything very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and nightlife nearby. It was easy to explore the area on foot and enjoy a bit of Istanbul despite the short transit time. The room was simple but comfortable for a solo traveler, and the staff were friendly during check-in. Overall, it’s a very practical choice for people staying one night in Istanbul between flights.

AAli Bilal AwanI had a great pleasure staying at TaksimBlue Hotel. Manager were really amazing person. He will helps in any way possible. He is funny, knowledgeable and humble. Always available. Rooms are nice and clean and big. Washrooms are clean and had all amenities. Breakfast is really good and he can also cook whatever you like. Markey is nearby and metro is on waking distance . Just 5 min walk from taksim square. Lots of food options nearby I will recommend this hotel if you want to live with your family or even solo. 10/10 from my side. 💕

GGuest UserWe specifically booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival, we were told our room was already taken. We had to ask about the price difference between what we paid for and what we got, and in the end, we couldn't resolve it; no one was willing to refund the difference on their own. We had to go to the administrator to get toilet paper. We asked for a kettle and were refused. The faucet in the bathroom is coming loose from the sink, and the water pressure is sometimes unstable. The bed had hair on it when we checked in. The window in the room works very strangely, but perhaps that's normal for windows in Turkey. On the positive side, the administrator helped us find open pharmacies at night, and you can leave your luggage if you have a late flight. There's an iron in the room. It was quite cold at night, even though the radiators were on.

The room was exceptionally clean, offering spotless kitchenware and cutlery, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer, which was incredibly convenient for our family trip. The air conditioning kept us warm and comfortable during this season. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. What truly deserves praise, though, is the warm and friendly staff. They gave us recommendations for nearby attractions, which were beautiful. Istanbul is full of cats, and this hotel was no exception; a beautiful long-haired cat named Coffee often slept on the lobby sofa. She was so cute and friendly, and we all loved her. There's a bus stop just down the road from the hotel, making it very easy to get around. I highly recommend this place for family trips; it's convenient and provides peace of mind.

AAnonymous UserI have honestly never experienced a hotel like this before. It felt more like a brand-new home than just a place to stay. Everything was incredibly clean, safe, and perfectly equipped for families. The facilities and equipment were very modern and in excellent condition.
What surprised me most was the fridge – it was fully stocked with food, including cheese, yogurt, and even snacks ready for me on arrival. For the price, that level of service is simply incredible. The kitchen was also outstanding, packed with every supply you could possibly need, making it easy to cook and feel at home.
The bathroom was spotless and had all the essentials, showing real attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort. I can honestly say I have never seen a cleaner or more thoughtfully prepared hotel.
Overall, this place is beyond expectations – safe, modern, fully equipped, and truly welcoming. It’s not just accommodation; it’s a complete home experience at an amazing value. Highly recommended! I will always recommend this hotel to everyone I know and I will always come to this hotel whenever I come to Turkey. Istanbul amazing and beautiful.😍👍🏻

GGuest UserI loved the view, the room has a good space and everything was good but I hope you would focus more on cleaning the floor because it was a little dusty, the breakfast was fine but overall loved it and also there was a gym and a pool
