We stayed at FLC Sea Tower for 3 nights and it was a refreshing change from typical hotel stays. Instead of a small room, we had a modern, fully furnished apartment—with a kitchen, washing machine, spacious living area, and a sea-facing balcony. It gave us the freedom to cook meals, do laundry, and enjoy breakfast with an ocean view. The apartment felt clean and cozy, and the location is unbeatable—right across the beach, and surrounded by local restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. It’s perfect for families or long-term travelers. One downside is the parking—there’s no basement parking like hotels, and you need to pay for a nearby lot. Also, there’s no front-desk service like in hotels. But if you’re looking for space, independence, and a local-living vibe, FLC Sea Tower offers much more than just a bed. It’s not just accommodation—it’s your home by the beach.
The apartment was clean, with a few minor imperfections, but nothing critical. The kitchenware was good: pots and pans were decent, and the plates were sturdy plastic. (The dish soap was excellent quality, by the way.) The bed linen was clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. The balcony offered views of the sea, city, and mountains. There's a washing machine and detergent on the balcony, and they actually clean the floors there, which is a rare find! The bathroom was standard: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and toothbrushes were provided. There were only two bath towels (which weren't particularly large), but I'm sure if you ask, they'd provide more. The manager, Nam, was kind enough to give us a higher floor than initially booked. The beach is just a 3-4 minute walk away. I really liked this apartment and its location. If I can get a high floor confirmed for September, I'll definitely be back.
This is a good place to stay with your family. The bed is spacious and you can rest comfortably. There are many food facilities around, so I traveled comfortably.
Very spacious and beautiful room with sea view.
Very good.
It was my first time, but it was really nice to have a kind response to me in advance without any difficulty.
The location is so convenient. My house is 100m to the sea. I don't think it's close to the beach
- Host is cute, very enthusiastic and attentive. Clean and fragrant room
- Private, going up and down is not having to hit the jelly like the hotel I like
- View has to be said, I took nearly a hundred photos, but I haven't known to post it before I went back 😂
generally okela
I asked for a beck but was rejected. Inconvenient because there is not enough kitchen utensils. The host's response is good and the resolution of the inconvenience is weak.
The hotel boasts a fantastic location with breathtaking balcony views!
However, the reception staff could be a bit more tactful in their communication. Additionally, the furniture in the room is quite outdated, which detracts from the overall experience.
I want to especially thank the landlord, the service was so good. Because we were not familiar with the environment, we accidentally turned off the water heater and there was no hot water for the shower. It was past 11 o'clock in the evening, and I contacted the landlord by email. I didn't expect her to appear at the door of the room in a few minutes and patiently told us where the hot water switch was. We were going out to play the next day, and she asked us to put our luggage in the room and find her when we needed it. We met her in the lobby at around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We were going to go up to the room to get it ourselves, and she asked us to wait downstairs. A few minutes later, we saw the other two ladies carrying our luggage down. I was so touched. I really forgot to tip at that time because we Chinese don't have a tipping culture. Here I apologize for my impoliteness. Quy Nhon is my favorite place in Vietnam this time. The people are nice and the scenery is beautiful. Next time I come, I must stay here again. 1020, it's really perfect. Thank you landlord, sister 👍👍👍
