GGuest UserWe stayed at The Arena Cam Ranh - Sea Tower Condotel for one night before our flight with our children. For the price, it's an excellent option. The Deluxe Garden View room was clean, modern, and quite spacious. We were especially pleased with the large bed – our whole family comfortably fit on one, and the kids were very comfortable.
We liked the complex's grounds: a large outdoor pool, proximity to the sea, and well-maintained surroundings. It was also convenient to have airport transfers – this is particularly important after traveling with children. There's also a kids' room, which was another pleasant bonus for families with children.
As for the downsides, they only provide two small bottles of water, and we couldn't buy a larger one on-site as it wasn't available. For a one-day stay, it's not critical, but for a longer stay, this could become an inconvenience.
Overall, it's a good option for a transit stop or a short family vacation near Cam Ranh airport.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a pretty decent stay, but there are definitely some things to be aware of before booking.
First, the infinity pool on the 40th floor costs extra to use, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. They do have a smaller pool on the 6th floor along with a gym, but both were very crowded during my stay.
The location is good and convenient, but the beach area was very crowded and unfortunately had quite a bit of trash during my visit.
The hotel seemed extremely busy all the time. There were so many people everywhere. Check-in and check-out took quite a while, and the elevators were often packed, so getting up and down could take some time too.
The biggest issue for me was housekeeping. They started knocking on my door early every morning — around 9 AM, then again at 10 AM, then again at 11 AM. I like to sleep late when I’m on vacation, so being disturbed repeatedly was very frustrating. They even entered my room once, which I wasn’t happy about.
Cleanliness could also be improved. The bedsheets didn’t seem very clean, and the towels were quite dirty.
I had a city-view room because I arrived late on Friday night and couldn’t get a sea-view room. The room itself was decent enough. The see-through bathroom window was a funny surprise, although it might not be for everyone. The balcony was nice to have, but the chairs were broken, making it difficult to sit outside comfortably.
Also, be aware that a 400,000 VND cash deposit is required upon check-in.
Despite the issues, it was still a pretty decent stay overall. Just be prepared for the crowds, elevator waits, housekeeping interruptions, and the extra charge if you want to use the infinity pool.

SSaksuwan MalawatI had a very disappointing experience staying at Panorama Nha Trang and would not recommend this property.
First, we booked a room with one king bed, but were instead given a room with two large beds, along with amenities set up for four guests. This clearly shows a lack of attention to the booking details.
Secondly, the shower drain was completely clogged. It seemed like it had not been cleaned for a long time. We actually had to remove the drain cover ourselves just to allow the water to flow properly, which is unacceptable for any hotel.
The elevator situation was extremely frustrating. There were too many guests using it, and we had to wait up to 20 minutes just to get an elevator, especially during peak times.
The staff were not welcoming and rarely smiled, which made the overall experience feel even worse.
Additionally, the public restrooms were dirty and smelled strongly of urine, indicating poor maintenance and hygiene.
To make things worse, we tried to go to the swimming pool, but couldn’t even get there because the elevator system would not allow us to go up.
Overall, despite the attractive pricing, the quality and management do not meet expectations. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere, as there are other hotels in the same price range that offer much better service and cleanliness.

VViktoriia DronovaMy husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We were in room 812. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We had read reviews with many complaints about the room's amenities, but we found everything to be sufficient – we had hooks in the bathroom, a shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower, and more than enough power outlets. The kitchen was fully stocked. We did some minimal cooking occasionally but never used the oven or multicooker.
The only thing missing was proper mugs for tea; my husband couldn't get enough from the small coffee cups. He ended up buying his own mug.
There was a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron available. We also had a huge balcony with a designated area for drying wet clothes. Our view wasn't the most spectacular, but it wasn't a big deal.
The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Everything was sparkling white and clean.
The day before our flight to Nha Trang, we received an email from the hotel informing us that some rooms would undergo renovations during our stay, strictly at set times. This news wasn't ideal, but we never heard any construction noise during our two-week vacation.
We did have some issues with the air conditioning. We arrived late at night and couldn't get it to turn on, so we slept with the balcony door open, but it was still stuffy. It was repaired the next morning. A few other times when the AC wouldn't start, a simple restart helped. On one occasion, that didn't work, and we had to call a technician again.
Close to the hotel, there's a bus stop for route 23, which runs north to south and back along the entire promenade. There are small shops nearby where you can buy essentials. And not far away, in a large residential complex, the Gold Coast Mall occupies the first 8 floors, featuring numerous brand stores, two floors of Lotte Mart supermarket (3rd and 4th floors), cafes and restaurants, and entertainment like arcade games and bowling.
Overall, we enjoyed everything. If we get the chance to return, we'll definitely book these apartments again.

GGuest UserAdd: It is very strange that this building is actually composed of 8-10 different hotels, but I have checked that there is no room type for breakfast. Therefore, we 4 adults have to buy a buffet breakfast equivalent to RMB 70/person. Of course, the dishes are still quite rich, but in Vietnam, It’s more expensive, and the key is that there is no takeaway here, away from the city,
In addition, the room number is more difficult to find. They are on the dual side, the singular side, and they have to be divided into the A side and the B side. We found the room and took a lot of effort.

HHanshin22We chose this hotel because we needed a place to rest with the kids before our late-night flight on the last day, and it exceeded our expectations. Its proximity to the airport made getting around very convenient, and the swimming pool was large and well-maintained, which was a big plus. The landscaping from the resort to the beach was particularly impressive. We also stayed at Alma Resort and Movenpick on this trip, and this place was every bit as good, keeping us busy taking photos. The room was clean and comfortable; in fact, we almost wished we could have stayed longer. If I hadn't been traveling with a child, I would have loved to stay here longer and enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

GGuest UserThis isn't a bad hotel, right on the first line. They have their own sun loungers, but only 24 of them for the entire hotel. If you want to relax by the sea, it's best to come in the morning.
The pool is excellent and quite large.
Breakfasts aren't very varied, but there's always something to choose from.
The staff is excellent and always helpful. We had issues with the lock; they immediately changed the batteries upon request, and then the lock itself.
There's a decent gym with all the necessary equipment.
The rooms themselves are nice but a bit tired. Oiling the door hinges and tightening the handles would already make a better impression.
If you book a room with a sea view, you'll hear everyone partying in the evening.
Overall, it's a 4-star hotel, not the 5 they claim.

FForeman78Overall, it's good, but there are some complaints about the cleaning. They're slow to change the bed linens, changing them only partially and inconsistently. For example, they changed the duvet cover, but forgot about the pillowcases and sheets. I don't think they've changed them even once in a week. The floors aren't washed, only swept. The kitchen towels weren't changed. The front door is leaking, and it's about to fall apart. The photo shows dirty socks from walking on the floor, a cracked door, and a sheet with sand and a piece of noodles from the floor. They probably don't have enough money to keep the cleaning staff.

AAnna_YKTOverall, the apartment left a very solid impression.
The key advantage is the thoughtful layout and high-quality amenities.
The spacious bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower is a real plus, as is the large kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need — including a rice cooker and an oven.
The balcony offers a great sea view and features a convenient drying rack for laundry. Each room has its own AC unit, the living area includes a comfortable sofa and a TV, while the bedroom has a good mattress, pillows, and plenty of wardrobe space.
The service is complete: towels are changed daily, cleaning is done every day, bed linen is changed upon request, slippers and bathrobes are provided.
There’s also a washing machine. It’s especially convenient that beach towels are available in the apartment and replaced daily.
Special thanks to the manager, Luna, for his warm and polite attitude.
Perfect for a family stay or a group of friends — we went to the local market for fresh ingredients and cooked our own meals.
Highly recommended.
