The former Kwantung Army Headquarters was the headquarters of the Kwantung Army, a Japanese colonial force stationed in Northeast China during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. It was also the location of the Japanese "embassy" in the puppet state of Manchukuo. The Kwantung Army Headquarters moved three times in history.

The snacks in the food court basically cover the standard types of night market.
