Li Hongzhang's former residence is located in the middle section of the bustling Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street in Hefei City. It is a typical residential building in the Jianghuai region in the late Qing Dynasty. Li Hongzhang was born in Hefei. He was an important military official in the late Qing Dynasty and a leader of the Westernization Movement. His five brothers also held high positions. At that time, the Li family residence was known as "Half a Street of Li Mansions". Unfortunately, only a few houses are left now. But you can still admire the exquisite wood carvings in Zoumalou, visit the exhibition about Li Hongzhang, and learn about his life with mixed reputations.

- Main Gate: It adopts a three-bay, two-entry structure. The stone lions in front of the gate and the words "Li Mansion" on the red lanterns highlight the family's prominent status. The plain brick walls and drum stones are relics of the late Qing Dynasty. - Front Hall: This is where Li Hongzhang received guests and handled official business. In the hall hangs a plaque with the words "Jun Heng Du Hu" bestowed by Emperor Guangxu, and also displays a large number of pictures and objects related to Li Hongzhang. - Central Hall (Fushou Hall): It is where Li Hongzhang and his family lived in their daily lives. The hall is 9 meters high and is the largest private residential hall in the late Qing Dynasty in the Jianghuai region. The lattice doors are exquisitely carved and the beams use a mortise and tenon structure. - Zoumalou: It is a circular-shaped building designed as a young lady's building. There is an exhibition of China Merchants Group on the first floor. The relief carvings on the doors and windows hide the patterns of "Fu Lu Shou". The beams are exquisitely carved. It is a model of wood carving art in the late Qing Dynasty. - East Courtyard Exhibition Hall: Mainly displays the history of the Huai Army and modern national defense, with exhibits such as ship models and telegraph machine replicas, showing the enlightenment and development of modern industry.
Bao Park was formerly Baohe Park. In order to commemorate the millennium birth of Bao Zheng, a famous official in the Song Dynasty, the Bao Gong Cultural Park was replanned and constructed on the original basis of Baohe Park. Bao Gong Park includes four scenic spots: Bao Gong Temple, Bao Gong Tomb, Qingfeng Pavilion and Fuzhuang. Among them, Bao Gong Temple is the main ancient building complex of Bao Gong Park. The temple displays a bronze statue of Bao Gong, bronze guillotines of dragon, tiger and dog, and a wax figure of Bao Gong judging a case.

I took my children to Hefei Sunac Land for fun during the May Day holiday. The coupons for the group tour on Tik Tok were super cost-effective, including hotel + tickets + buffet. The park is not particularly large, but the project has a high floor area ratio. Basically, there are all kinds of exciting projects you want to play. If you don’t want to queue, you can scan the code to buy quick pain. The average price of each project is ¥50-60, which is quite cost-effective overall.
Laoshan Island is located in the center of Chaohu Lake. The island is covered with lush forests and is an "oasis on the lake" of the 800-li Chaohu Lake. Besides its beautiful natural environment, Laoshan Island also has rich cultural landscapes. The natural shelter "Nanlu", the popular Shengfei Temple built overlooking the lake, and the Wenfeng Tower on the top of the mountain are all worth checking in.
Address: Zhongmiao Town, Chaohu City, Hefei City, Anhui Province
Business hours: Open from 08:00 to 17:00 tomorrow
evaluate:
1. Stunning natural scenery: Laoshan Island is known as the "first scenic spot in the lake and sky". It is the largest island in Chaohu Lake and has a unique landform of "three mountains and nine peaks". It is evergreen all year round, just like an "oasis on the lake". In spring, the sea of roses stretches for kilometers, and in autumn, the forests are dyed with colors. The scenery of lakes and mountains complement each other, making it a paradise for photography enthusiasts. 2. Profound historical and cultural heritage - Legend of Grandma Jiao: Grandma Jiao’s spirit of “boundless love” has been passed down for thousands of years. - Buddhist and Taoist Culture: Zhongmiao Temple integrates Buddhism and Taoism, and is a model of the integration of Chinese religious cultures. - Huai Army Relics: Zhaozhong Temple commemorates the Huai Army soldiers and demonstrates their patriotism. - Ancient Civilization: It is said to be the birthplace of "Youchaoshi" and is known as one of the ancestors of Chinese civilization. 3. Unique fishing village style The island retains the quaint fishing village lifestyle, and the villagers have made a living from planting, fishing and tourism for generations. Visitors can experience farm-style big-pot meals, take a boat tour, and experience the original fishing culture. 4. Rich leisure experience - Boat cruise: You can take a large ship or speedboat to experience the magnificent waters of Chaohu Lake. - Climb Wenfeng Tower: overlooking the panoramic view of Chaohu Lake. It is said to be related to Li Hongzhang, implying that "Luzhou produces the top scholar". - Tea Garden Experience: In spring, you can watch tea farmers picking "Qingqian tea" and experience the idyllic scenery filled with the fragrance of tea. 5. Free opening, high cost-effectiveness Compared with popular scenic spots, Laoshan Island still maintains a low degree of commercialization, and some areas are open to the public for free, which is suitable for tourists with limited budgets. 6. Real feedback from tourists - "The island is picturesque and the speedboat ride is super exciting, suitable for the whole family!" - "The sea of roses is so beautiful, every shot is a blockbuster!" - "The combination of humanity and nature is just right, more interesting than a purely commercial scenic spot."
Sanhe Ancient Town is located about 40 kilometers south of Hefei city. It is named after the Fengle River, Hangbu River and Xiaonan River that flow through it. The ancient town was developed from the ancient wharf on Sanhe River and has a history of more than 2,500 years. It was named Que'an in the Spring and Autumn Period and was called Sanhe Town in the Ming Dynasty. In 1858, Chen Yucheng and Li Xiucheng of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom defeated the Qing army here, which was called the "Sanhe Victory." The old streets of the ancient town are paved with bluestone slabs, which have been polished smooth by the pressure of pedestrians and vehicles for thousands of years. The Hui-style buildings on both sides are unique, and many of them are made of exposed blue bricks directly into the walls. The flying eaves on the horse-head walls are much more exaggerated than those on the horse-head walls in Hongcun and Xidi.

I guess I once stayed at Mr. Yang's grandmother's house. The house is well preserved and the family is wealthy. Mainly looking at display boards introducing family and personal life, there are not many real objects. It happened that there was a commentary, which made the lecture more lively and interesting.

Anhui Museum, located in Shushan District, Hefei City, is a large comprehensive museum that integrates the past and the present, and integrates collection, research and display. The architectural design of the new museum is also very distinctive, cleverly combining traditional Huizhou architectural style with modern fashion elements, becoming a new landmark in Hefei. The exhibition hall now has an Anhui History and Culture Exhibition, which comprehensively displays the cultural development of Anhui from ancient times to modern times according to the timeline, which is both systematic and exciting.
Hefei Wildlife Park is located on the southwestern foot of Dashu Mountain. Taking advantage of the good ecological environment of Dashu Mountain, the zoo is also lush with trees and the terrain is winding and undulating. The entire park is very large and has a wide variety of animals, but some species are not numerous. Since Hefei itself does not have many famous tourist attractions, places like this one that are suitable for parent-child travel are crowded during holidays. You can buy feed to feed the gentle little animals, stroll along the unique viaduct to overlook the free-range beasts, and enjoy wonderful animal performances. The zoo has two gates, east and west, and more buses stop at the east gate. Spring and autumn are good seasons for visiting, when animals are more active. For example, spring is the mating season, and it is easier to see peacocks spreading their feathers. In summer and winter, animals like to hide and sleep. It is very interesting to watch the animals during meal time, as the keepers will tease them into doing various performances. Enter from the east gate, pass the peacock garden, and come to the herbivore area, where you can see precious elk, cute alpacas and other animals. Don’t miss the penguin house, where penguins swim right in front of visitors through the floor-to-ceiling glass. You can get close to birds in the Bird Park in the west. Buy some feed and let the swans and ducks peck at the food in your palm. The aviary is surrounded by primates, including palm-sized squirrel monkeys, large-faced mandrills, clever chimpanzees, and nearly a hundred Japanese monkeys, which always make visitors laugh. The northern part of the park mainly houses large beasts. The viewing viaduct on the east side is for tourists to walk on. Siberian tigers and African lions are strolling freely under the bridge. If you are lucky, you can see the "famous scene of Hefei Wildlife Park" where black bears and deer live together.
Address: No. 600, Wangjiang West Road, Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province

It is worth recommending, there is a sea lion show inside! But go early! There will be a lot of people late at night during holidays, and you will have to queue for ticket checking. A must-have for family outings! It can dissipate children's energy, it is the best choice! ! ! !
