Everything was satisfying, staff are friendly, the view from every angle was soooo majestic. They gave you chocolate as a welcoming gift, awaiting on the bed.I love the welcoming wish written on the mirror.

Very good hotel, close to the train station, less than 5 minutes walk. The room is clean. The view is the most magnificent. Very good value for money.

I highly recommend staying here! Firstly, it's located in a lovely village by the lake, and the view from the hotel windows is incredibly atmospheric. Secondly, self-check-in and check-out are very convenient. But if you need assistance, the very helpful staff are always happy to help. Finally, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, clean, and very pleasant! 5 out of 5!

Engelberg is the land of angels. Tranquility and beauty are the main features of this place. A hotel in Switzerland for more than 2,000 RMB. Don't expect many choices for breakfast. The room and bedding are clean. It's a short walk from the station and supermarket. Hiking is convenient. Overall good.

Good Location. Just right in front of the Train station, super convenient, although train is every hour, just have to plan your schedules well. Self check in was a breeze, is a no-frill BnB. Hotel room was clean and spacious, has more than sufficient space to open our luggages. Breakfast was delicious and the cafe staff are friendly and attentive. Only downside is probably no nearby supermarket, but that can be easily fixed by buying things along the way. And note that they don't provide toothbrushes, so BYO. We will definitely book again next time when in Swiss again.

Children in the south rarely see snow. I was very pleasantly surprised to wake up overnight and snow. The whole trip felt that the hotel was the most beautiful and the massage was more comfortable than Southeast Asia. The waiter and the front desk were very warm and gave a small gift. Super happy!

The honesty I stayed in this hotel, which is beautiful, and the receptionist is a service, and they have free parking, they give you a card to put it on the car all the time you stay, thank you for their cooperation, the air conditioning wasn't there, but they provide you with a helicopter in the room, and as they gave me a promotion to the room, I'll be back to visit.

We had booked 2 nights and arrived in the evening. The cable car and the cog railway end right in front of the reception. In the evening there was a wonderful 4-course menu that you can put together as an option. We were given excellent advice on the choice of drinks. We were seated and had another table the next night. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the sunrise from the bed. The breakfast is a buffet with everything your heart desires. We were given a valley and a mountain ride from the hotel. We came within 5 m of the ibex. The sunset is just spectacular from the highest point. The stay on the Pilatus is also an unforgettable experience thanks to the ”imperial weather” and the many photos.
