The car's condition was fine. Everything was good. But I already wrote to Alamo's customer service, but their service is exceptional. I forgot a backpack in the back seat of the vehicle. I went to the airport early, 3 hours before the international flight, but I was very worried about retrieving it. I got on the complementary bus, went to the returns desk, who guided me to the service officer. He was courteous and understanding. Within ten minutes, a service person brought me the bag. I had already received emails about the bag being found, but all went smoothly. I got on the complementary bus, and was back at the airport within 2 hours of our flight. Really, the service was exemplary!
