Airport counter. Easy pick up and drop off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car was quite new and drove well. All previous scratches/ dents were recorded so no issue with refunding deposit. Only the entrance of the drop off location for Avis is a little confusing at the Greek airport, need to allow for extra time to locate

Hertz counter is easy to find at the airport terminal. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The only trade off is the pick up location is a bit far compared to other rental companies ( 300m away from arrival hall) and have to cross the road several times thus a bit inconvenience if you have to drag a few luggage bags. We also found out the front passenger tire was buldging , see photos when we observed tire pressure warning flashed at the dashboard. We did inspect the car prior to pick up but miss this. Otherwise the car KIA Tucson was in good condition.

There were no major issues with the vehicle itself, but it was very old, and the rear tire pressure was low, so I had to go to a gas station to fill it up. Also, the location of the airport shuttle was unclear, so I had trouble finding it.
