#Rental Service#-----Five-star. They not only upgraded my car for free but also gave me a top-of-the-line 2018 Camry. Unlike other companies that even remove Bluetooth functionality, this was my first time in the US, and the first stop after the airport was the rental car company. The five-star service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They didn't mention insurance or any sales tactics, and focused on teaching me traffic rules, precautions, and how to refuel in the US. The receptionist was a gentleman. #Vehicle Condition#-----Four-star. I didn't expect the new Camry to have such a low chassis. During my six-day rental, I scraped the undercarriage more than ten times, and the entire lower part of the front bumper was scratched down to the primer. However, I purchased the most expensive full insurance through Ctrip, so the rental company didn't charge extra when I returned the car. The fuel consumption was quite high, but this might be related to the fact that I drove in S mode and manual mode the whole time. A full tank of gas cost $68. In the US, it's best to rent a Mustang.
