The pickup process was fast and easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive to questions. They clearly explained the rental terms and made sure the car was ready on time. There was no long waiting time, which made the start of our trip stress-free.
The Toyota Vios G was in very good condition, almost like brand new. The car was clean inside and outside, well-maintained, and comfortable. The engine performance was smooth, steering was responsive, and braking felt safe and stable. The interior was spacious enough for friends, and the seats were comfortable even for longer drives. The air-conditioning was strong and worked perfectly throughout the trip.

car not new but was in good condition, going up slope can beat bit slow. easy collect and return, thanks to Mr Putera, who made the whole process seamless. Bezza is easy to drive and really fuel saving. Car Aircon is really good, actually too good. no car phone holder so bring one of your own.

Very convinient, price is cheap, rental deposit Rm1k and required 1 month time refund, but this deposit they can let us hold until next booking. I will come back with R&R Rent A Car again. Very pleasant experience in Johor Bahru car rental services. Pickup easy in jbcc and self return also easy, drop off in Senai airport. Cost rm30 only. Not bad, pretty flexible and convenient. All instruction send in pdf also. Very very happy with R&R Rent A Car services. No any hidden cost unless damage their car.
