Excellent communication throughout the entire process in Chinese! The car pick-up process was quick and the staff were very cooperative. The vehicle was in perfect condition, like new. A wonderful trip begins with renting your dream car. From the initial anxiety and uncertainty about the trip to finally choosing Clover rental, it was a long process. The staff's patient guidance and comprehensive itinerary planning made me realize that choosing a good rental company is much more than just renting a car. It was my first experience of the true warmth of the service industry. I'm very grateful for their help, including restaurant reservations and attraction bookings. Five-star service indeed! Because we had to adjust our luggage at the last minute, the owner even upgraded us to a more spacious hybrid Freed free of charge. We only filled up with less than 3,000 yen worth of gas in five days. I'll definitely choose this company again next time. All the cars in the rental shop are in excellent condition, truly amazing.

Tesla Model 3

I originally rented a Model 3, but the owner upgraded me to a Model Y at the pick-up location. It was a new car with similar features to those in Taiwan, including a wireless charging pad. In Okinawa, you can easily charge your electric car at FamilyMart and have it charged quickly while you're having a meal! I'll definitely use this place again next time.

Mazda MX-5 Roadster

Okinawa's attractions are quite spread out, so a self-driving tour is essential. Renting a convertible to explore Okinawa is definitely the best way to maximize your island experience; just be sure to pack light. Everyone at the rental shop was incredibly friendly and happy to answer my questions. On my way back to the airport, I realized I'd left my sunglasses in the car, and the staff immediately drove me back to the shop and personally found them for me – they were very patient. Communication is available in both Chinese and English.
