The delivery driver communicated entirely in Chinese and provided warm and attentive service. My experience using the car over the past few days has been excellent; drivers on the road have generally been very courteous, and I was frequently given the right of way. This is an absolute gem – a car rental company and its owner! The owner is incredibly kind. He even picked up my car from my hotel and upgraded me to an MG for free! I had mistakenly filled out the booking form with a branch return option, and when I asked if I could return it at the airport, he said yes, for free! He's such a great guy! Not only that, but I was supposed to return the car at 2 PM, but the restaurant was slow that day, and I was worried about being late. So I texted the owner to ask if I could return it 30 minutes later, at 2:30 PM, and he agreed!
The return process was simple, and of course, I didn't encounter any problems while driving.
The car is very smart, with CarPlay that connects directly to my phone, and a rearview camera. It only has a little over 20,000 kilometers on it – great!
In short, I highly recommend this company. I'll definitely choose them again next time I go to Chiang Mai!

I booked a sedan, but the owner upgraded it to an SUV for free. The customer service spoke Chinese and was very helpful. There were no extra charges for a slightly delayed return time. If you need to change the return location, you can also contact customer service. The only downside was that the staff were 20 minutes late for both pick-up and drop-off. Car rental services abroad aren't as well-established as in China, but it's okay since I wasn't in a rush during my vacation. Just a reminder to allow extra time. Take plenty of photos and videos of the car inspection; there were no disputes. The roads in Chiang Mai were easier to drive on than I expected. Even during the Lantern Festival, when traffic was at its peak, it wasn't completely stationary, except for the long traffic light at Maya. Parking was relatively easy; I didn't encounter any traffic police issuing tickets, and the only officers I saw were checking motorcycles.

The car was in excellent condition. Although the rental company was 15 minutes late to the agreed location when we picked it up, they were willing to give us the same amount of time back when we returned it. The car worked flawlessly! The rental company responded promptly and we could contact them via Line, although we could only communicate in English. A fantastic car rental experience!
