A fantastic experience! The rental company even upgraded our car; it was brand new, clean, fuel-efficient, and powerful, perfect for a road trip around Tokyo and its surrounding areas. The pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple and clear, with detailed explanations. This car enriched my wife and me's Tokyo trip, allowing us to experience many sights and attractions that we couldn't have visited by public transport. (Tip: I highly recommend renting an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) device; it offers greater freedom, ease of use, safety, and speed when entering and exiting highways. Also, be prepared to purchase full insurance from the rental company using your credit card and pay for the ETC upon returning the car.)

Absolutely fantastic, always a simple, quick, and uncomplicated process!! I'll definitely use them again! I've tried several car rental companies, but nowhere is it this easy; the staff are always friendly and smiling!! Until next time!!

Car was excellent, a joy to drive. Service was rigid but typical in Japan. Pick up & drop off were hassle free. Location of rental office was a short walk from our hotel in Asakusa.

The car is in good condition, very new and clean. The original order was for a Jazz, but the car shown in the attached picture was the one I received; it's very spacious.

It was very convenient. I picked up the car near Shinagawa Station. When the dealership heard that I had already purchased insurance through the platform, they didn't push any other insurance. The dealership could provide an ETC card for an additional 330 yen. The service was great!
