Please remember that all travelers are responsible for preparing the correct documents before departure. Important notice: All additional driver and equipment fees must be paid at the time of pickup. Please ensure your credit card can cover these fees. If you cannot provide a valid credit card, if your credit limit is insufficient, or if the card is not in the main driver’s name, the staff may refuse to let you pick up the car, and no refund will be provided. If this is the case, you may not receive a refund.

• Can I still rent a car without a credit card?

However, regardless of the method used, the name of the driver must be on the card and there must be sufficient available credit to pay the vehicle deposit.
