The car was in excellent condition, the price was reasonable, and the wait time to pick it up was short without any queues. After arriving at the airport, I contacted the rental company using a messaging app, and they arrived at the airport within 5 minutes to pick me up and take me to the rental company. Unlike most large car rental companies, I didn't have to wait a long time to pick up the car. I will definitely use this car rental company next time I have the opportunity to go to Hokkaido.

This was a pleasant car rental experience. The online customer service was very attentive and responded to questions quickly. The young man who helped us with the rental was very welcoming, and the young woman who processed our paperwork was also very attentive. The car didn't look brand new, but its performance was unaffected. The hybrid model was also fuel-efficient. Returning the car was straightforward and made our vacation perfect. It was easy to receive the car if you have all required documents. We spent just 10-15 mins, all were set smoothly. The car is so perfect for 3 of us, traveled around east of Hokkaido. We recommend all drivers & travelers to study 'what you need to know when you drive in Japan'. We returned it early in the evening before the drop-off date coz afraided to get up late. It took only about 5.mins, coz everything was good; fulled gas, no trash in the car, the car was in original conditions. Happy trip!!

They can communicate in Mandarin, and they contacted us promptly with any issues, so we felt very reassured. I felt the vehicles were a bit old, but the price was incredibly cheap.
