Very easy to pick up and drop off. They have shuttle bus to and from airport which is very convenient. And the price is also very reasonable. The car was very clean when we picked it up.

Aside from some minor scratches, the interior and exterior of the car were clean. Even though I returned the car 15 minutes over the allotted time, I was not charged an extra fee. I am not sure if this was because there was 5 liters of gasoline remaining (at 2,050 won per liter). The fuel gauge was at two bars when I left, but it was at three bars when I returned. In any case, it was close to the airport, and the rental fee was cheaper than other companies for the same car model. If I travel again, I would like to use this service again. Thank you. Renting a car in Jeju was one of the best decisions we made. It was very convenient and gave us the freedom to visit many beautiful places at our own pace. The car is nice and clean. If they had informed the customer beforehand that they would have to pay extra for insurance when returning the car, that would have been fine. Even though they know they could get it back, informing them beforehand would have made the customer feel more comfortable.

I rented a Kia EV5 electric car. They had Chinese-speaking staff, which made the process very quick and convenient. You can also rent a charging card on-site for 5,000 won per day. I rented the car for three days, which cost 15,000 won. This way, I didn't have to charge the car before returning it.

Picking up and returning the car was convenient, and the staff spoke both Chinese and English! The price was very reasonable. When returning the car, just make sure the fuel level is the same as when you picked it up. Otherwise, you only need to look around briefly. The car has a dashcam, navigation, and a rearview camera, and it even alerts you to speed cameras like a speed camera system. Overall, it's very well-equipped. We picked up the car at 6 pm on July 14th and returned it at 8 am on July 18th for just over 3,000 NTD (with full insurance), which is really cheap compared to Taiwan!

Everything went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the language barrier was a bit challenging, they patiently explained everything I needed to know using a translation app on their phone. The car was in excellent condition and drove really well. Just keep in mind that Jeju follows left-hand traffic, so if you’re not used to it, it may take a little time to adjust.

The car was great! I just had no experience renting a car, so I rented a K5 Kia, which was a perfect size for my needs, especially considering the parking spaces at the Jeju Island hotels! 😅😅😅 The car performed very well! It automatically restarted itself depending on the road conditions! However, there are many speed limits in Jeju Island! Since I've never driven a "self-driving" vehicle before, I didn't know how to operate it! But being able to enjoy the scenery of Jeju Island from inside the car was really great! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
