Improv 301: Patterns & Games is a highly engaging and collaborative class that focuses on recognizing patterns and building together to enhance your improv skills. This class, instructed by Harrison Brooks, will take place on Sundays from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, starting on September 17th and running for 8 weeks. As an additional opportunity, there will be a showcase scheduled during the week of Sunday November 12th. It is important to note that all participants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and will be required to show proof of vaccination on the first day of class. Following the latest CDC guidelines, masks will be optional for those with confirmed vaccination status. Prior to enrolling in this class, participants are required to have completed Improv 101 and 201. By exploring the creation of patterns and discovering games to propel scenes forward, you will gain the ability to captivate audiences with your spontaneous group acceptance and collaboration. This third level course will help you break free from overthinking and focus on your team's needs, allowing you to truly shine on stage. The outing will take place at the beautiful Forest Akers East Golf Course, with a 9-hole (scramble) shotgun start. After the golfing, join us for a Networking Reception at the Forest Akers West banquet room. The reception will feature a variety of delicious appetizers and a cash bar for your enjoyment. You can choose from two different packages. The Golf Outing and Networking Reception package is priced at $100. It includes golf at Forest Akers East Golf Course for a 4-person 9-hole scramble, as well as attendance at the 19th Hole Networking Reception at Forest Akers West banquet room. For those looking to make a bigger impact, consider the Golf Outing with a Student and Networking Reception package, priced at $150. By sponsoring a student, you will have the opportunity to golf alongside them. This package includes golf for you and a student at Forest Akers East Golf Course, as well as attendance at the 19th Hole Networking Reception. Muddy Princess Gulf Coast, MS is an exciting outdoor event specifically designed for women. Participants will embark on a thrilling 5km (3.1 mile) obstacle mud run at the Harrison County Fairground in Gulfport, MS. This event is exclusively for women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, offering a fun-filled day of adventure and camaraderie. Whether you choose to run, walk, crawl, climb, slide, or balance your way through the course, be prepared for a memorable experience. There are no restrictions on team size, so gather as many Princesses as you can to join you in the muddy festivities! Even if you're participating as an individual, you'll never feel alone as our Muddy Princess family is always there to provide support and assistance. Registration opens at 7:00am, with waves starting at 8:00am and continuing every 15 minutes. Please select your preferred start time when purchasing your ticket, keeping in mind that each wave has limited availability. Spectators are welcome to join in the fun at no additional fee, creating a lively atmosphere at the Start and cheering you on at the Finish Line. While waiting for your Princess to return, they can explore the food and drink stalls in the Village or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. For convenience, we offer a Bag Drop service for a small fee, allowing you to store your belongings securely until you complete the course. Parking is available for $10, with limited VIP Parking available for $20. Please note that the minimum age for entry is 9 years, and all participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the event waiver.
