The lantern festival will be held from February 21st to 22nd in front of Roosevelt High School in Eastville, California. Get ready for two unforgettable days! The lantern festival is the grand finale of the Lunar New Year celebrations, traditionally held on the 15th day of the first lunar month—a day when families and community members gather to celebrate the passing of winter and the arrival of spring.

This presentation is the second rotation in a two-part series showcasing new additions to the Henry’s permanent collection. This rotation features paintings, sculptures, and drawings that explore ideas of space, time, and perception. Referencing spaces and geographies both real and imagined, these works invite us to consider how our surroundings shape the way we see and experience life.
