presented by Paula R. Jenkins. This event provides a great opportunity for local organizations to network and exchange information about services in the Maine Township community and is open to employees from social service agencies, non-profits, schools, churches, hospitals, and units of government. Registration deadline is April 22.

Nonprofit leaders are constantly navigating relationships with clients, donors, boards, staff, and one another. But in high-pressure environments, communication can either strengthen connection…or unintentionally create distance.
In this engaging and interactive keynote, Paula R. Jenkins explores how authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, and intentional communication shape the way we show up in our work and in our communities.

Speaker Biography
Paula R. Jenkins is the Founder and CEO of LFS Consulting LLC and a nationally recognized leadership speaker known as The Lead By Example Speaker. She helps organizations cultivate stronger leaders through communication, emotional intelligence, and authentic influence.
With over 20 years of corporate experience and extensive nonprofit leadership involvement, Paula brings a practical and engaging approach to every stage she steps onto. She is also a passionate advocate for community-driven leadership.

Agency Presentations
To help increase awareness of local community resources, the first 15 agencies to respond will have 2-3 minutes each to share their mission and services with those in attendance during the morning program. Everyone is encouraged to bring brochures, flyers, and business cards to display on our information tables and to use for networking purposes.
Cost
$35/person - includes 1.5 CE clock hours for social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and nurses. A nominal fee will be added to all orders placed with a credit card.
