ABOUT US:
Our daughter, Talia Warcup, like so many, struggled with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and eventually an eating disorder. Talia was also a survivor of abuse more than once. She advocated and strived to be a voice to help other survivors. Every person’s journey and situations are different, and while there is no one right answer, there is
HOPE
. There is help! Talia’s message to you would be reach out, don’t suffer in silence. Talia may have chosen a different path, but she loved everyone around her and did not want them to suffer. She would not want YOU to suffer in silence. Don’t listen to any voices telling you otherwise. Please reach out and break any silence.
We were very inspired by a young man, Adam Burns, who ran across Utah in 9 days in November 2025 to raise money and awareness for suicide prevention. His cause raised over $17K. We hope this race can be a platform for healing, a message of hope for those struggling, and an avenue for connecting a community through love and raising awareness. You are loved!
If you or someone you know is in crisis, please call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Available 24/7.
