Earth Day Sound Bath: Rest, Reflect, Renew
The world moves fast.
Earth Day invites us to slow down — to reconnect with the natural world and with ourselves.
If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or longing for a deeper sense of peace, this Sound Bath offers a space to rest, reflect, and return to what matters most.
Vanessa will guide you into deep relaxation through the soothing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drumming, Tuning Forks, Chimes, Percussion, and Voice. The sounds will create a full-body experience that helps quiet the mind, relax the body, and soothe the spirit.
We’ll begin with a short reflection honoring the Earth — the forests, oceans, skies, and creatures that sustain us.
Then you’ll simply lay down, close your eyes, and be carried by sound.
No experience needed. Nothing you need to do.
Just a space to breathe, to be, and to feel renewed.
Please bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket, pillow, or eye covering to make yourself comfortable
Why come?
Because when we slow down and listen, we remember who we are — and how deeply we belong to this Earth.
