"I am waiting for the sun" is a short film created during Grace Collins' residency at the Heritage Education Centre Space (HECS) in Bidston Observatory. This film is a response to the Sunshine Recorder* housed within the HECS archive and explores the themes of failure and longing. The Bidston Observatory Artistic Research Centre is dedicated to preserving the history of the observatory, its surroundings, and the Natural Earth Sciences research conducted there. Please note that this event is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of the 'Creative Underground' project, coordinated by St Helens Libraries & Archive Service.
