This in-person training is specifically designed for bicycle dealers in the USA and Canada who want to enhance their knowledge and skills in evaluating, updating, and servicing Bosch-equipped eBikes. The certification clinics offered during this training tour provide industry-leading education on sales and service of Bosch eBike systems. During the training, dealers will receive comprehensive product knowledge of the Bosch eBike System 2 and the smart system. They will also be trained on the connectivity features of the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps. In addition, participants will have access to the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3, which is essential for the smart system. The training will cover various topics, including the introduction to MY24 innovations, the Bosch service process including troubleshooting and warranty procedure, and eBike safety including battery recycling. Dealers will also benefit from marketing resources to effectively promote their Bosch-equipped eBikes. It is important to note that attendance at this event is mandatory for dealers who wish to service eBikes ePowered by Bosch. Dealer certification is required every 15 months to ensure dealers are up to date with the latest advancements.
