Join in on the fun and support local children in need at the 2023 Toys Fore Joy Turkey Shoot at Tunxis Country Club. This exciting event will take place on Saturday, November 11, starting at 9:30am with registration and a 10:30am shotgun start. The format for the tournament is a 4-Person Team Scramble. For just $180 per team ($45 per person), participants will enjoy 18 holes of golf with a cart, range balls before play, and the chance to win prizes. After the tournament, players can indulge in a complimentary draft beer, beverages, and a delicious buffet featuring Chef's famous Soup Bar. In addition to the entry fee, each player is required to bring a new, unwrapped toy with a minimum value of $15 as a donation to our annual toy drive. Our goal is to collect 1,000 toys to support local children in need during the holiday season. If you are unable to participate in the event, but still want to contribute, you can drop off toys at Tunxis Country Club between October 11 and November 12. Please note that registration and payment must be made in advance as a foursome. Tunxis Country Club is a non-metal spike golf course. The tournament fee is non-refundable, and the event will take place rain or shine, unless the course is deemed unplayable, in which case refunds or rain checks will be issued.
