TEG Live HK Limited (“Organizer”) is the organizer and promoter of the Event (as defined
below). By purchasing a Hospitality
Terrace Ticket, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below
(“Ticket Terms and Conditions”). The Ticket Terms and Conditions relate to the
sale of tickets and attendance at the Event to which the ticket relates. Your
ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and at all times,
remains the property of the Organizer.
In addition to the Ticket Terms and
Conditions, you are also subject to the Kai Tak Sports Park’s Terms and
Conditions (outlined below) as well as an Authorized Ticketing Agent’s terms
and conditions. 
Where there is inconsistency between terms the
following order of enforceability applies:
1. Kai Tak Sports Park Terms and Conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions.
3. Authorized Ticketing Agent’s Terms and
Conditions.

Definitions.
1.1.  “Authorized
Ticketing Agent”: Cityline, Trip.com
and/or Ctrip.com
1.2 “Cityline”: Cityline (Hong Kong) Limited, which is the authorized
ticketing agent for the Event
1.3 “Event”:
the individual match or matches organized by the Organizer
1.4  “Organizer”:
TEG Live HK Limited
1.5  “Ticket”:
ticket granting admission to the Event
1.6 “Trip.com”
and “Ctrip.com”: CTRIP TRAVEL HOLDING
(HONG KONG) LIMITED
1.7 “Venue”:
Kai Tak Sports Park Stadium
1.8  “Hospitality
Terrace Ticket”: Hospitality Terrace
Ticket grant access to the Hospitality Terrace Area at the Event, complimentary
food and beverages during specified times arranged by the Organizer, and
dedicated entry gate to the Venue, 
1.9  “Hospitality
Terrace Area”: situated at Corporate Suite Level (Level 3) 
2.
Ticket Terms and Conditions. 
2.1 Entrance
to the Event requires a Ticket which contains a QR
CODE e-pass. Admission requires entry
via the ticket-stipulated designated gate and presentation of the Hospitality
Terrace QR CODE e-pass. Original purchase confirmation email from one of the
Authorized Ticketing Agents should be retained for potential verification.
2.2 Admission to the Hospitality Terrace Area requires a designated
wristband, which will be issued upon presentation of your valid Hospitality
Terrace Ticket QR code at the Hospitality Terrace Area entrance.
2.3 Only Hospitality
Terrace Tickets (as applicable) purchased through an Authorized Ticketing Agent
are valid for admission. All transaction fees paid are non-refundable. There will be no exchanges or refunds after a
Hospitality Terrace Ticket (as applicable) has been purchased. To avoid buying or using counterfeit, stolen,
or redeemed Hospitality Terrace Ticket (as applicable), Hospitality Terrace
Tickets (as applicable) should be purchased
directly through an Authorized Ticketing Agent to ensure authenticity. 
2.4 All Hospitality
Terrace Ticket (as applicable) are non-replaceable, non-refundable, and
non-transferable. Hospitality Terrace
Ticket (as applicable) cannot be re-sold, shared or used for any commercial
purposes or association (including, but not limited to in advertising,
promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities,
without the express written consent of the Organizer). The Organizer reserves the right to
immediately invalidate any Hospitality Terrace Ticket (as applicable) which has
been resold or offered for sale. Hospitality Terrace Ticket (as applicable)
sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including but not
limited to online auction sites, will not be valid for admission. The resale of
a Hospitality Terrace Ticket (as applicable) renders it invalid and may lead to
refusal of entry.
2.5 The Organizer
reserves the right to decline entry and/or void any Hospitality Terrace Ticket
(as applicable) purchased through unauthorized sources, or Hospitality Terrace
Ticket (as applicable) which has been reported lost or stolen or appears
counterfeit or already redeemed.
2.6 The Organizer
reserves the right to decline entry and/or void any Hospitality Terrace Ticket
purchased through unauthorized sources, or any
Hospitality Terrace Ticket which has been reported lost or stolen or
appears counterfeit or already redeemed.
2.7 No re-entry
allowed. Individuals who leave during
the Event may not be granted re-admission. Requests for refunds or replacements
under such circumstances will not be considered. 
2.8 The Organizer shall not be liable for any injury suffered by
you by attending the Event. In addition,
you accept that the Organizer shall not
be liable for any loss or damage to any of your personal belongings that occurs
during your attendance at the Event.
2.10 The Organizer reserves the right to make alterations,
additions, withdrawals or substitutes to the Event lineup, vary advertised
programs, times, staging and audience capacity and modify, cancel, terminate,
or temporarily suspend the Event without notice to you.
2.11 The Organizer makes no representations, warranties, or
guarantees of any kind regarding the participation of any players in the Event
or any of the matches associated with it and expressly disclaims any liability
for any disappointment, inconvenience, or loss that may arise from changes in
player participation in the Event.
2.12 The Event may be subject to inclement weather
conditions. In case of adverse weather
conditions on the day of the Event, the Organizer shall have the sole
discretion to make the necessary arrangements.
Updated details and information will be announced through https://tegsport.com.au/events/ and Cityline’s website. The Organizer’s decision
on any rescheduling or cancellation of the Event due to on-site weather
conditions shall be final. If the Event
is cancelled or postponed, the Organizer reserves the right to refund or
reschedule the Event. The Organizer will decide and announce the Hospitality
Terrace Ticket (as applicable) refund arrangements (if any) in its sole
discretion. If there is a refund, Ticket holders must return the original
Ticket(s), which must not be altered or damaged, in order to be eligible for
any refund. If the Ticket(s) returned has been altered or damaged, no refund
will be provided. Only face value of the Hospitality Terrace
Ticket (as applicable) will be refunded,
less any applicable processing or handling fees (which may include handling
fees for both the purchase and refund transactions, as applicable).
2.13 If the Event is postponed or cancelled, the Organizer
will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else
incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed Event.
2.14 By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree to grant
to the Organizer the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture
your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to
distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity,
such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This
grant to the Organizer includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such
media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and
the right to allow others to use and/or
disseminate the media.
2.15 The Organizer
reserves the right at any
time to refuse to accept the Ticket (as applicable) without refund or
compensation if in its sole judgment (i) Hospitality Terrace Ticket (as applicable) is used for commercial or
other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Ticket Terms and Conditions
is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if the Organizer considers that
the circumstances so require.
2.16 These terms and conditions and any related offer are made,
and shall be governed by and construed, in accordance with the laws of the Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
3. Kai
Tak Sports Park Terms and Conditions (Precinct Park Rules & Venue
Conditions of Entry).
All
tickets issued are subject to the following terms and conditions:
3.1.
Spectators must comply with the Stadia Regulation (Cap.132 sub. leg.
(BY)) of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the “Kai
Tak Sports Park Precinct Park Rules & Venue Conditions of Entry”. For
details, please visit Kai Tak Sports Park’s website. 
Specific attention for all spectators must:
i. Observe and comply with the Law of the
People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region and other relevant laws of Hong Kong in relation
to the safeguarding of national security (“National Security Law”); and ensure
that no act or activity which is likely to constitute or is likely to cause the
occurrence of an offence endangering national security under the National
Security Law or other laws of Hong Kong, or which would otherwise be contrary
to the interests of national security, is engaged in the Stadium.
ii. any form of unauthorized publicity,
commercial or otherwise, political propaganda, racist or provocative messages
appearing on flags, banners, clothing, sportswear, accessories or, more
generally, on any article or equipment whatsoever worn or used by spectators,
athletes or other participants in the Events is not permitted. However, this
shall not apply to the identification of the manufacturer appearing on such
clothing, article or equipment concerned, provided that such identification is
not marked conspicuously for the purposes of advertising.
3.2.
The right of admission is reserved by the Event Organizer and the
Management of Kai Tak Sports Park (Stadium Management).
3.3.
Any person found with prohibited items may be denied entry into the
Stadium. Prohibited items include but not limited to plastic, glass, metal cans
or bottles, anything containing intoxicating liquor, any balls, any items
simulating the uniform or equipment of the disciplined services, any dangerous
items, any discriminatory and political display items, any noise instruments,
any remote controlled flying devices or toys, or any other item deemed
inappropriate by Event Organizer and the Stadium Management. 
3.4.
To ensure public safety, the Stadium’s security staff have the authority
to inspect the personal belongings of spectators entering the Stadium.
3.5.
Any costume must conform to reasonable standards of decency and should
not take up more space than one seat or obstruct the full view of other
spectators. Accessories that look like usable weapons are not permitted.
3.6.
Throwing objects, foul language and behaving in a disorderly manner in
the Stadium is prohibited.
3.7.
No flags, banners, buntings, posters, flyers, leaflets, and/or
publicity, promotional, propaganda and display materials of any kind may be
displayed in the Stadium without the permission of the Event Organizer or the
Stadium Management.
3.8.
No unauthorized persons shall enter the turf pitch level unless so
directed by an Event or Stadium staff. Persons entering the turf pitch level
without authorization will be prosecuted.
3.9.
The Event Organizer and Stadium Management reserve the right to remove
any person from the Stadium who fails to comply with an instruction from an
Event or Stadium staff.
3.10.
Hospitality Terrace Ticket holder (as
applicable) shall be responsible for the safekeeping of their digital ticket.
 
3.11.
Hospitality Terrace Ticket holder (as
applicable) agrees not to bring any claim or proceeding against the Organizer
for any damage, loss, injury or liability suffered while attending the Event,
except for liability that by law cannot be excluded. The Organizer excludes all
liability to the holder in tort (including negligence), contract or ailment for
acts or omissions of the Organizer, its employees and contractors arising out
of or in relation to the Event.
 
3.12.
Photographs taken and video shooting within the venue may be used only
for private non-commercial purposes. Publication/distribution of such
photographs or videos in any media is forbidden. Making/distribution of
broadcasts, commentary, news reports or statistics (by any means in any format
or media including any such commentary made by mobile phone or other wireless
device) is forbidden.
3.13.
Hospitality Terrace Ticket holder (as
applicable) (i) consents to the broadcasting or other distribution of images of
him/herself whilst at the venue and (ii) waives on an irrevocable worldwide,
perpetual basis all rights to object to such broadcasting/distribution in any
media.
3.14.
Without the permission of the Event Organizer or the Stadium Management,
Hospitality Terrace Ticket holders (as
applicable) are not allowed to occupy seats with personal belongings, which
will be removed by Event Organizer or Stadium staff without prior notice.
 
 
3.15.
Hospitality Terrace Ticket holder (as
applicable) agrees not to engage in any ambush marketing that would infringe
the rights of those parties commercially associated with the Event.
 
3.16.
A child aged 2 and under on the date of the Event may enter the Stadium
free of charge when accompanied by an adult with an adult ticket or a
Hospitality Terrace Ticket.
3.17.
These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of Kai Tak
Sports Park Limited which shall be final and conclusive.
3.18.
In the event of any conflict
or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese versions of these
terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

If we had better skies, we would have taken the cable car and cross to the area where the extreme rides are. The tour to the Panda and small animals and fishes was such a fun day for us.

The waiting time for the Peak Tram was somewhat long, around 20 mins. The ride was fun, because it was very steep and offered great views to HK jungle of skyscrapers. Buying the tickets on trip.com was a positive experience, as we skipped the line for buying the tickets on site. I was a little disappointed, as the tram was pretty long and as we were in the middle of the tram, the view was somewhat obstructed to downwards and upwards. The best places on the ride up are the places on the tram back, but you can&#39;t choose your seats, as you board the tram from the position of the queueing line. I bought the single Peak Tram ticket up. We opted to walk down to the city by Old Peak Road. The walk took about 1 hour and was pretty steep. Plus we got mosquito bites, as it is like walking through a forest. So if you like hiking, walking down is doable, but a very steep walk. I also didn&#39;t buy the Sky Terrace tickets, as the views from the nearby mall and Lions&#39;s pavilion were also great and free.

Queue was orderly and organised whilst waiting for the tram to head to the peak. Just scan qr code given by trip.com at turnstiles. Although only a short 10 minute ride, the views headed up were stunning and best seated on right side of tram to see the city down below. If this is missed, fret not as the views at the peak itself is breathtaking and many pics can be taken then. There are trails, viewing points and shopping activities at the peak. Public bus service is available if one purchases a single way tram ticket. Journey via bus downhill is pleasant and takes about 40 minutes.
