The Escalante Canyons Art Festival is pleased to announce its Vendor Registration for the 2023 Arts and Crafts Fair. Vendor spaces are limited, so early registration is highly recommended. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The festival will accept vendor registrations until Thursday, September 21, 2021, if space is still available. The event will take place from September 21 to September 23, 2023. Set-up will begin on Thursday, September 21, starting at 10:30 AM and concluding at 6:00 PM. On Friday, September 22, set-up will continue from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The fair will officially open on Friday, September 22, at 10:00 AM and run until 6:00 PM. On Saturday, September 23, the fair will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clean-up will take place on Saturday, September 23, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' units and can be located either on the street or lawn. Electricity is available for a limited number of spaces, so it is advised to book early. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, coverings, and display items. Please note that security is the responsibility of individual vendors, and the festival cannot provide any assistance in this regard.
