The Wolfpack Project hosts groups for 16-35 year olds living in Nottinghamshire. Instead of our usual walking groups over the summer, we have been funded to provide some Nordic Walking taster sessions. There are lots of groups that meet around the city and county that you can join in with, so these sessions are designed to give you the basics and start you on your journey. We will be meeting at The Forest between the Play Park and Sports Zone. It's a short walk from buses and tram, plus there's a small car park. You don't need to bring anything, but wear trainers and clothes that you are happy exercising in. The video will give you an idea of what to expect and the benefits that we hope you'll come away with. As part of looking after you during the session, you will be sent a form to fill out with some health and safety questions - please check your emails or tell us if you want to complete it over the phone. We may take photographs during the event for marketing, so please let us know if you have concerns about this.
