Once a month drop-in sessions for adults that are suitable for everyone. You don’t need any previous experience in contact improv or contemporary dance; the sessions are open to all abilities. As the class runs on a drop-in basis, each class is stand-alone so you don’t need to attend a series of sessions, just come as and when you want to. The workshops run on the last Saturdays of the month; 10am-12pm in the dance studio at Gloucester Guildhall. The workshops are led by Lizzie Hewitt, who has been teaching for 14 years.
