A&H Conversations presents an engaging event, featuring esteemed guest speaker Katie Benson, who will shed light on the remarkable works of Jules André Smith. This event, titled "A&H Conversations with Katie Benson on Jules André Smith: The Masterworks," is a must-attend gathering for individuals with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for Central Florida history, arts, and culture. Katie Benson, an accomplished individual with a Bachelor's degree in Art History and International Relations from the University of North Florida, has been an integral part of the Art & History Museums of Maitland for several years. Starting as a Museum Attendant, she quickly became captivated by the rich history and artistic brilliance of the Art Center. Through her personal research endeavors, Benson has delved deeper into the subject, leading her to her current role as the Exhibitions Manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for the care of the museum's priceless collection and supports the Curatorial team. A&H Conversations take place during the Last Wednesday event hours, extending from 5:30 pm to 8 pm. This exclusive event allows visitors to explore the gallery after regular hours, with complimentary admission and a bar service. Discover more about Last Wednesdays, a wonderful opportunity to engage with the art and culture of Maitland, Florida.
