Join us for Sacred Resonance: Vocal Toning for Healing and Empowerment, Tone Circle™ Seattle’s monthly voice-first meditation series at Inner Alchemy Sanctuary & Studio. Each gathering begins with a gentle introduction to a practical vocal alchemy technique before moving into the freeform singing meditation Tone Circle™ is known for. No singing experience required! April Theme: The Medicine of Laughter Laughter can shift your body's chemistry in minutes, flooding your system with endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin while dissolving stress hormones and returning the nervous system to ease. In April at Sacred Resonance, we'll use our voices to explore how intentional laughter and vocal play can lift us out of heaviness and into genuine lightness—even when joy feels truly far away. Afterward, we'll hum and tone together accompanied by crystal alchemy singing bowls, for the deep nervous system reset that Tone Circle™ freeform singing meditations are known for. Event details 🕛 When: Third Sundays at 12:00 p.m. (Doors open at 11:50 a.m. for a prompt 12:00 p.m. start. Sacred harmony : Gentle, freeform humming and toning supported by crystal alchemy singing bowls to create a shared field of resonance. Sacred witnessing : Closing in reflection and community connection, honoring what has shifted through sound. Sacred support for your voice : Working intentionally with crystals selected for their supportive properties for the voice. Participants are invited to infuse these stones with positive vibration during the practice, creating a tangible token of resonance to carry into the weeks ahead. As the series unfolds Across the months, we explore accessible vocal alchemy techniques and dimensions of vocal self-expression, including: Overtone singing Chakra toning Sound clearing Vocal alchemy and inspired sound Subtle sound practices for everyday regulation and connection And more Each month offers new, beginner-friendly ways to deepen your practice, attune your presence, and awaken the creative intelligence of your own voice. About Tone Circle™ Seattle Tone Circle™ Seattle is a voice-first meditation experience inviting participants to explore the transformative power of their own voice through shared spontaneous vocal harmony. Often described as a sound bath from the inside out, the practice emphasizes deep listening, gentle vocal exploration, and authentic human connection. There is nothing to perform, only an invitation to experience the healing power of your voice in community. About the founder Before delving into sound healing, Tone Circle™ founder Briana Blythe trained extensively in classical vocal performance. After personal loss and burnout led her to rediscover her voice through vocal toning, the practice became a profound path of healing and transformation. Today, she leads group meditations, workshops, and sound experiences designed to help others free their voices, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim sound as a tool for more peace, empowerment, and creative flow. Photography Workshop lead by Professional Photographer The DPA Instructors who lead these workshops are professional photographers For each Master Your Camera Controls , a maximum of 5 attendees sit for 90 minutes with the instructor who will walk you through the manual camera controls of your specific camera. More than 5 attendees would be too chaotic if each person brings a different camera, with different controls. After enrollment we procure the exact camera manufacturer and model in advance so the teacher is sure to point out any special features. This allows the photographer the option of overriding the automatic camera controls which sometimes disengage because the mechanics of the camera miscalculate the visual effect you are attempting. The Master Your Camera Control session is always taught very close to the meeting spot of the Composition in the Field session. This makes it easy for those who want to enroll in both classes. Please note – if a class must be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control we will be happy to work with you to reschedule or provide a refund. However, if you should need to cancel or require a new class date, contact us. A $25 transfer fee will be imposed without a 3 day notice before the scheduled class. Call Digital Photo Academy at 1 877 372 2231 or a field agent at 917 597 7053. Lots of people seem to hang up if our welcome recording comes on instead of a live voice, but we promise to return your message within a day or two if you leave one with your name and number. It would be even better if you included your email address as well as the date and city of the class you are considering. If leaving a voice mail message is not your thing, please email us at DPAbooking@digitalphotoacademy.com and include the date and city of the class you are considering, as well as your phone number .
