About “Rin-ne no Kotowari” TOGENASHI TOGEARI’s concert tour “Rin-ne no Kotowari” began in Japan and brings performances filled with memories from the anime’s story to Shanghai, Taipei, Seoul, Southeast Asia etc. On October 2 this year, it will arrive in Hong Kong for the group’s first solo concert. 2026 China Open Ticketing Operations Policy (For Ticket Holders) I. Ticket Purchase Guidelines 1. The Event adopts an electronic ticketing system. Tickets are valid only for the specified match date and session indicated on the ticket. 2. The Event implements a real-name registration system with identity document verification and facial recognition for admission.After purchasing tickets, the ticket purchaser must associate each ticket with the spectator’s genuine personal information, including the spectator’s full name, valid personal identification document information and personal mobile phone number. Once the real-name information has been successfully linked to the ticket, no modification will be permitted.Spectators must present the original valid identification document associated with the ticket for ticket verification and admission. Spectators who fail to bring the original valid identification document must complete on-site identity verification before admission. 2.1 Advance Ticket Purchase and Identity Binding Requirements For tickets purchased in advance, ticket purchasers must complete identity information binding before 23:00 (exclusive) on the day before the relevant match date. Tickets will not be eligible for identity binding after the deadline. 2.2 Same-Day Ticket Purchase Real-Name Registration Requirements Starting from 23:00 (inclusive) on the day before the match date, all tickets purchased for matches taking place on the following day shall be subject to the real-name registration ticket purchase system. 2.3 Accepted Identification Documents Currently accepted valid identification documents include: Mainland Resident Identity Card of the People’s Republic of China; Passport; Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents; Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents; Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. Among these documents, holders using a Mainland Resident Identity Card or a Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents may enter through automatic identity recognition after completing identity binding. Spectators who purchase tickets using other types of identification documents must present the original identification document used during ticket binding and enter through designated access gates equipped for document scanning and verification. Spectators who are unable to complete admission procedures may seek assistance from on-site staff at the nearest Spectator Service Center. 2.4 Personal Information Collection and Use Spectators acknowledge the importance and necessity of event security management and agree that the Event Organizer may collect and store voluntarily provided sensitive personal information for ticket management and public safety purposes. Such information may include, but is not limited to, the spectator’s name, mobile phone number, identification document information and personal photograph, and shall be used for event-related real-name ticket purchase, identity verification and real-name admission procedures. 3. Ticket Binding Restrictions per Identification Document Each valid identification document may be associated with only one ticket for the same day, venue and session. With one valid identification document, each spectator may hold tickets for the same day as follows:One Diamond Court Day Session Reserved Seat Ticket or VIP Ticket; One Diamond Court Night Session Reserved Seat Ticket or VIP Ticket(If the relevant day operates as a full-day session, only one Diamond Court Reserved Seat Ticket or VIP Ticket may be held.); One Lotus Court Ticket; and One GroundPass. 4. Admission Requirements for Minors 4.1 Admission Rules for Infants and Children Infants and children with a height of 1.1 meters or below are not permitted to enter the spectator areas of Diamond Court and Lotus Court; Children above 1.1 meters in height must enter with a full-price ticket. Infants and children with a height of 1.1 meters or below may enter the National Tennis Center venue grounds free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 4.2 Admission Requirements for Minors Under 18 Minors under the age of 18 must enter the venue together with their accompanying parent or legal guardian and with a valid ticket. Adult spectators accompanying minors shall assume full responsibility for reasonable supervision and care. Any misconduct or violation committed by a minor under their supervision shall be deemed the responsibility of the accompanying adult spectator. 5. Ticket Restrictions Once tickets have been sold, seats will be reserved and ticket exchanges are not permitted. Spectators must purchase tickets through official event channels or authorized ticketing platforms. Once real-name information has been linked to a ticket, such information cannot be removed or transferred. Ticket resale, transfer or gifting is strictly prohibited. Any ticket resale conducted for commercial profit or other unauthorized purposes shall not be protected under applicable laws and regulations. 6. Ticket Refund Policy 6.1 Refund Application Method Tickets purchased through the China Open Official Ticketing Mini Program that meet the applicable refund eligibility requirements may be refunded through the self-service refund function available on the official ticketing platform. The refunded ticket amount will be returned within the prescribed period to the original online payment account used for the ticket purchase. 6.2 Refund Processing Fees Refund requests shall be subject to the following processing fee policy: (1) Ticket purchasers who submit an online refund request before 5 September 2026 will not be charged any refund processing fee. (2) Ticket purchasers who submit an online refund request from 5 September 2026 until 23:00 (exclusive) on the day before the ticket date will be charged a processing fee equal to 20% of the actual ticket price paid for the refunded ticket(s). (3) Refund requests submitted at or after 23:00 (inclusive) on the day before the ticket date will not be accepted. 6.3 Rules Regarding Refund and Points Adjustment Upon successful completion of a refund, the system will automatically deduct the points awarded or generated through the relevant payment transaction and return the points originally used by the user for payment. If the user’s account balance contains insufficient points at the time of refund processing, the system will automatically convert the outstanding points amount according to the applicable points-to-cash conversion ratio, deduct the corresponding amount from the refund payment, and process the refund automatically. For partial refund requests, the number of points to be deducted shall be calculated based on the proportion of the actual amount paid for each individual ticket. If a user applies for a manual refund due to special circumstances and the application is approved, the above points adjustment rules shall apply. 6.4 Refund Processing Time For online refund applications submitted through the “China Open Ticketing” Mini Program, refunds will be returned through the original payment channel; For manual refund applications, once customer service has accepted the request and confirmed that the ticket is eligible for refund, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel within 22 working days. 6.5 Refund Restrictions Tickets for the match day shall not be eligible for online refund applications if they have already been verified through the on-site admission gates at the National Tennis Center. 6.6 Refund Assistance For any issues relating to ticket refunds, spectators may seek assistance through the online customer service function of the China Open Official Ticketing Mini Program or contact the Spectator Service Hotline at: 010-84372081. 7. Event Schedule and Program Adjustments To ensure the operation of the tournament, the Tournament Organizing Committee reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the published match schedule and event programs based on operational requirements, including but not limited to requirements arising from international governing body regulations, safety considerations, force majeure events and other relevant circumstances (Spectators are advised to check the latest information through the official tournament website, official WeChat account and official Weibo account) II. Spectator Guidelines 1. Entry and Security Check The ticket gates at the tournament venue will open no earlier than 9:30 each day and remain open until the end of the day’s matches. Spectators are advised to arrange their arrival time reasonably and avoid peak security check periods (approximately 30 minutes before the start of matches). Spectators may exit and re-enter the tournament venue multiple times on the same match day. 2. Ticket Validity and Seating Arrangements for Different Courts/Venues 2.1 Diamond Court and Lotus Court Spectators must enter the Diamond Court and Lotus Court with tickets corresponding to the relevant court areas. Minors or persons with limited capacity for civil conduct who meet the requirements for separate ticket admission to the Diamond Court and Lotus Court must be accompanied by at least one ticket-holding adult with full capacity for civil conduct. 2.2 Other Courts Except for the Diamond Court and Lotus Court, seating capacity at other competition courts is limited. No separate tickets are required for these courts. Spectators holding GroundPass may enter the tournament venue and watch matches at these courts. Seats at such courts are not assigned. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats will not be reserved after spectators leave during matches. Once the seating capacity of a court is reached, spectators who have not entered the court will not be permitted to enter until seats become available during changeovers due to spectators leaving. Standing to watch matches is strictly prohibited. 3. Match Schedule 3.1 The entry time shown on tickets indicates the estimated earliest entry time. The actual entry time will be subject to the progress of matches on the day and announcements made on-site. 3.2 The Tournament Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the published match schedule, entry times, ticket policies and other related arrangements. Please continue to follow the official tournament website, official WeChat account and official Weibo account for the latest information. 3.3 In accordance with ATP and WTA match scheduling regulations, the Tournament Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the published match schedule, entry times, ticket policies, and matches that cannot commence before 22:30 on the scheduled day. If any adjustment is required, the Organizing Committee will notify spectators in advance through on-site announcements, venue screens, official social media platforms and SMS notifications. Please continue to follow the official tournament website, official WeChat account and official Weibo account for the latest information. 4. Security Inspection Spectators are required to undergo security inspections. Those who refuse to cooperate with security checks will be denied entry. 5. Weather and Match Interruptions Some competition areas of the tournament are outdoor venues. Severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds and thunderstorms, may result in match delays or the cancellation of some matches scheduled for the day. If matches have already started or are in progress but are interrupted or terminated early for any reason, ticket purchasers acknowledge and accept that no ticket refund or exchange requests may be made under such circumstances. 6. Spectator Conduct Please refrain from making loud noises and applaud appropriately. If you need to leave your seat, please do so during changeovers. Please do not move around freely during matches. 7. Venue Regulations Spectators must not cross spectator area barriers or enter competition or training courts under any circumstances. Violations will be subject to legal consequences in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Spectators who wish to smoke must do so only in designated smoking areas. 8. Circumstances That May Result in Removal from the Venue 8.1 Any behavior that disrupts match order, public order, or compromises the personal safety of others, as well as any other conduct that may affect match security or spectator safety. If on-site warnings are ineffective, venue security personnel have the right to request the spectator to leave or remove the spectator from the venue. Violators may also be subject to legal penalties. 8.2 Smoking inside the venue, unauthorized audio/video recording, or excessive noise. 8.3 Moving around during matches, changing seats without authorization, or remaining standing for extended periods while watching matches. 9. Rainy Weather Advisory In case of rain, spectators are advised to bring raincoats or compact umbrellas. After the event, spectators should leave the venue in an orderly manner and avoid crowding or gathering around the courts to prevent safety risks. 10. Transportation Advisory Parking spaces available for spectators at and around the tournament venue are limited. To ensure a convenient viewing experience and avoid traffic congestion, spectators are encouraged to use public transportation and choose environmentally friendly travel options. III. Rain Policy 1. This policy applies to individual ticket holders of Lotus Court and outer court tickets purchased through the China Open official ticketing platform, authorized ticketing channels, or the on-site ticket office of the China Open for the 2026 tournament. 2. Under the following circumstances, matches shall be deemed to have proceeded as scheduled, and ticket exchanges will not be available: The match has commenced before 17:00, and either one complete match has been played or more than 30 minutes have elapsed since the scheduled start of the match. 3. Except under the circumstances described above where matches are deemed to have proceeded as scheduled, the affected match shall be deemed cancelled. Ticket holders may choose either a ticket upgrade or a refund Option 1: Ticket holders may upgrade their tickets to a Diamond Court ticket for the same day by paying the difference in ticket price. Ticket holders may log in to their account through the China Open Ticketing WeChat Mini Program and use the ticket upgrade function to complete payment and continue watching matches at Diamond Court. If Diamond Court tickets are sold out, ticket holders may only choose Option 2 below. Option 2: Following the conclusion of the tournament session, the Tournament Organizing Committee will review the ticket purchase records of affected sessions and refund the original ticket purchase amount actually paid by eligible ticket holders for the cancelled sessions. 4. This policy does not apply to non-sale ticket holders. No ticket exchanges or refunds will be provided.
