Jodi (The Skin Trainer) is a skin expert with over 20 years of experience in the field who will lead us through an interactive skin routine focusing on hydration and SPF.
Jodi specialises in skin repair and rejuvenation for women aged 35 and over who are experiencing the visible effects of oestrogen deficiency — a key factor in many age-related skin changes.
Her passion lies in helping women restore their skin’s vitality, strength, and radiance through science-backed strategies and non invasive targeted treatments. She is excited to share insights that can empower you to better understand and care for your skin through every stage of life.
Layering and Body Confidence.
Learning techniques, tricks and twists to dress a body with Layering to help combat the hot flushes with fashion expert.
We move on to the mindset mantra. Annie from The Parental Mindset- a journal dedicated to the postpartum journey- will lead our quintessential "glimmer and glow" session.
The glimmers are what we take forward and away from the session- the things we intend to micro dose into our lives over the next few months that enrich and empower. Then we have the glows- those embers that can finally be laid to rest, setting free those tensions and stresses.
You will also receive a beautiful goodie bag to take home that is filled with things to help nourish you this season.
