Special Strong Games will showcase the unique strengths, talents, and skills of individuals in a wide variety of adaptive athletic competitions. In each group of athletic challenges, we work towards winning meaningful awards. Participants will find success, build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy having their strengths recognized. Speed Camp will be free for all boys and girls who attend on June 19th from 9am-1pm. Registration starts at 8am. The football camp will run from June 20th -22nd: 1st to 6th graders will begin at 8am and end at noon. 7th to 12th graders will begin at 3pm and end at 7pm. With Flag footballs popularity increasing, the football camp encourages all boys and girls to attend. During the duration of the camp, Erik Eazy-E Ezukanma will provide your boys and girls with a hands-on-approach to increase their knowledge of the game of American Football; the mechanics of speed by demonstration various running techniques; proper catching techniques; team work: and being coachable. Through various football drills, Erik and his Legacy coaches will provide high energy, a fun atmosphere and a unique style to coaching. Our camp stations are focused on the skills that Erik has continually utilized throughout his career at Miami and his career prior to the NFL that helped him become the Wide Reciever he is now! Our camps are festive style where the youth will attend at the time their age group is scheduled for, and then assigned to their beginning stations and will rotate from station to station as each station has an allotted time frame. Erik will rotate from station to station engaging with the youth by coaching and demonstrating the drills with the youth. Erik and the coaches will challenge your youth by participating and competing against them in the drills. The last day of the camp will be competition day. 1 vs 1 and 5 man flag. At the end of the camp, Erik and the Legacy Coaches will give awards out to the Camp MVP and the Camp HANDS award (Camper with the best hands)! We encourage and ask everyone to have your youth wear athletic apparel and you can wear cleats or gym shoes. No metal cleats please!! Parents we also encourage you to wear athletic apparel because you will also be challenged to skill drills. Kids love when their parents are involved in their sporting journeys. On the day of the camp each camp participant will receive the following: An Eazy-E T-shirt to wear during the camp. A group photo with Erik Eazy-E Ezukanma Light snacks and water breaks will be taken throughout the camp to ensure that everyone is fully hydrated and ready to learn and compete!
