The Connemara International Marathon is a one-day road run/race event held in the beautiful west of Ireland. Races include a half marathon, full marathon and road ultramarathon (39.3 miles), all held on the same day. The first Connemara International Marathon (or Connemara) was held in 2001 with 70 runners. The Connemara Marathon attracts runners and walkers from all over the world. No other sporting event can give people such a good view of the country and its highlights.

Sunday Dinghy Sailing For those who have done some sailing before. Safety boat cover. Buoyancy aids and some wetsuits available. Please bring your own wetsuit if you have one. Suggest bring light waterproof jacket, hat, wet shoes or old shoes that you don't mind getting wet. 2pm meet to rig boats and briefing.
