Start your Sunday with a hike and yoga to recharge and ground in nature. We will begin the hike promptly at 9am, so be sure to arrive early to allow enough time to park, sign in and apply sunscreen. I recommend arriving between 8:30-8:45am. We will meet at Ocean Air Recreation Center and then walk up to the Carmel Mountain Preserve Loop trailhead. The hike is 2.7 miles (which will take roughly 1 hour to complete). We will then return to Ocean Air park to stretch with yoga. Collagen mocktails, small waters and snacks will be provided.
