YOASOBI, comprised of composer Ayase and vocalist ikura, is a record-breaking, international superstar duo based in Japan. The duo was formed in 2019, represented by the slogan "novel into music.” Their debut song, “Into The Night (Yoru ni Kakeru),” immediately attracted attention by achieving #1 on numerous charts in Japan and appearing on viral charts in several countries. It was #1 on the 2020 Billboard JAPAN Combined Song Chart and Streaming Song Chart, surpassing 1.2 billion cumulative streamsーa first in history. In summer 2024, YOASOBI expanded their reach into North America with critically-acclaimed performances at Coachella, Lollapalooza, New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway, as well as sold-out houses in Los Angeles and San Francisco. In 2025, they completed their largest Asia arena tour to date which was also the largest arena tour ever by a Japanese artist. Their global journey continued in June 2025, with a landmark headline show at London’s OVO Arena Wembley and performance at Primavera Sound in Barcelona.
