Join the Advanced h2h workshop in Utrecht to take your hand to hand skills to the next level! This workshop will focus on advancing your abilities in basing extended h2h, as well as exploring new and interesting entrances and exits. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with dynamic and creative throwing and catching techniques. To participate in this workshop, you must have a solid standing hand to hand for a minimum of 5 seconds. Sign up with a partner who can meet this requirement and join us for an exciting and challenging experience. Leading the workshop are Shona Morgan and Rachel Locks, a talented hand to hand duo. Shona, a former Olympic gymnast who performed with Cirque Du Soleil for 5 years, brings her expertise to guide participants towards mastery. Rachel, with her background in Sports Acro and three national titles, will also contribute her knowledge to the workshop.
