The Arkansas Arts Council is pleased to announce the upcoming ArtLinks 2023: Designs for the Future, a biennial statewide arts conference to be held in Little Rock on October 16-17. This conference will feature a lineup of esteemed speakers and engaging topics that aim to explore the significant role of the arts in our society.
One of the conference highlights will be a presentation by Dr. Genna Styles-Lyas from Americans for the Arts in Washington, DC, who will share the valuable insights gained from the 6th Arts & Economic Prosperity nationwide survey. This survey sheds light on the economic impact of the arts, showcasing their ability to generate revenue, support jobs, and contribute to the growth of tourism. Attendees will learn how to effectively advocate for the arts by utilizing data that demonstrates their measurable economic influence.
Another captivating session will delve into the realm of Art Therapy, exploring its various types, benefits, and the vital role of skilled art therapists. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to discover effective strategies for building meaningful community connections and engaging with diverse populations.
To celebrate the talent of the 2023 Individual Artist Fellowship Award recipients, a reception will be held at the Old State House Museum, adding a unique and creative dimension to the conference experience. Attendance to this event is free, and no registration is necessary.
The Arkansas Arts Council, dedicated to advancing the arts in Arkansas, provides valuable services and support to literary, performing, and visual artists, promoting professional excellence. Furthermore, they offer technical and financial assistance to arts organizations and educational programs across the state.

This street is very attractive to me. It is indeed a tourist destination, with many restaurants and bars, as well as many cafes and shopping stores. The street is usually crowded. One of the biggest tourist attractions on this street is a large indoor shopping mall, the Eaton Centre. The street seems to be a center of attraction and activity in itself.

Natural scenery

The lake is protected and you can now enjoy its beauty! There is a large playground for children of all ages, clean restrooms, a boardwalk that is great for walking, running, biking and walking your pets, many places to take photos and even choose the fishing platform.
