Immerse yourself in three to four space-themed sets, featuring low lighting conditions for a truly atmospheric ambiance. Get inspired by the provided photos below to see what the sets include. To ensure an optimal shooting experience, each time slot will accommodate four models or cosplayers along with four photographers, providing a 1:1 shooting ratio. This allows ample time for each person to capture 1-2 outfits and work closely with the models for 20-25 minutes each. The space at Studio Scottsdale Fitness offers a single room setup with a large mirrored wall on one side, perfect for capturing the best poses. While there is no dressing room available, restrooms are accessible for changing. Plus, a comfortable sitting area and refreshments await outside the building, creating a relaxing environment for breaks and networking during time slots. Please pack lightly in terms of gear and outfits, as the space is small. Models and cosplayers are recommended to plan for 1-2 outfits. The first and last 15 minutes of each time slot are dedicated to packing and unpacking, ensuring a smooth transition between sessions.
