The session will cover essential skills such as mini-ramp and pumping, drop-ins, and basic stalls. Led by the experienced instructor Rox, participants will gain confidence in their skating abilities. 
No prior park skating experience is required, but it is necessary to have prior skating experience on flat ground. Participants should be comfortable with skating forward, backward, stopping, and falling. Safety is a top priority, so all attendees must wear protective gear including knee pads, helmets, and wrist guards. Elbow pads are strongly recommended, and optional hip/butt pads are also available. 
The Beginners Ramp Skating Workshop will be held at All Together Skatepark, located at 3500 Stone Way North, Seattle, WA 98103. The event will take place on October 24, 2023.
