Under the guidance of experienced coaches, participants will gain boxing skills and work on their fitness, endurance, and core strength. Through self-assessment and peer reviews, participants will be able to monitor their progress and set new targets during the latter weeks of the programme. At the end of the programme, participants will be provided with information on further opportunities to sustain active lifestyles, such as local gyms and boxing clubs.

The anticipated outcomes of the programme include improvements in fitness levels, mental health and wellbeing, and blood glucose control for those with and at risk of Type 2 diabetes. Participants will also have the chance to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to identify any health issues and set individual goals for the programme.

Maybe because it was the weekend, there were a lot of people queuing up to visit. It&#39;s best to arrive half an hour in advance! We were in the front of the line and entered the venue very quickly after the door opened. Although we had an appointment, it seemed that there was nothing special and no one asked! I heard that there was a back door, so I went to investigate on the spot. It seemed that there were quite a few people! 

Backpacks need to be opened for inspection, and you can deposit them in the museum for a fee. It is divided by the number of pieces and weight. It is free for those under 16 years old! We put the contents of several backpacks together to make up 8 kilograms, and we never waste the quota [snickering R]

When we traveled to London, the first place we went to was the church. The church is the main place to visit during the European trip. Westminster Abbey is very worth visiting. The staff were friendly, and the boarding process was efficient, making the entire experience seamless. For an extra special treat, we opted for a sunset ride, which provided magical views of London illuminated by the golden hour.

Whether you&#39;re a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, the London Eye offers a fantastic way to see the city from above. It&#39;s an iconic and memorable experience!
