2025 Zhao Benshan and Liaoning Folk Art Troupe World Tour
1. Project Introduction:
During the 2025 Spring Festival, Mr. Zhao Benshan will take a group of famous artists from the Liaoning Folk Art Troupe on a global tour with full of hometown feelings and blessings. The performance will go to New York, San Jose, Los Angeles in the United States, Singapore and Bangkok, Thailand in Asia, to celebrate the Spring Festival with overseas Chinese around the world.
The tour lineup is luxurious, bringing together many stars from the Northeast skit and folk art world: Song Xiaobao, Yan Xuejing, Cheng Ye, Song Xiaofeng, Wang Xiaoli, Li Lin, Yan Guangming, Zhao Haiyan and others will appear on stage with Mr. Zhao Benshan. 2.Artist introduction:
Zhao Benshan, a Chinese actor, director, screenwriter, supervisor, producer, producer, entrepreneur, singer, inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of Errenzhuan, professor of Northeast Errenzhuan, and national first-class actor, etc. The "Green Errenzhuan" initiated by Zhao Benshan has brought new life and vitality to the Errenzhuan industry. The "Liu Laogen Grand Stage" he founded, which mainly performs "Green Errenzhuan", has become a well-known and influential brand in the Chinese performing arts industry. He first appeared on the stage of the CCTV Spring Festival Gala in 1990. Song Xiaobao is a Chinese mainland actor, crosstalk actor, sketch actor, and Zhao Benshan’s 32nd disciple.On the screen, Song Xiaobao always brings entertainment to the audience. His classic lines such as "Haiyan, you have to be more careful" and "I have been the only one favored by the emperor since I entered the palace" are widely circulated.
Yan Xuejing is a Chinese actress, Errenzhuan performing artist, and a national first-class actress. She became well-known to the audience for her successful performance as "Shan Xing" in the TV series "Liu Laogen" in 2002. She enjoys the reputation of "Errenzhuan Queen" among her fans.
Cheng Ye is a Chinese mainland actor and Errenzhuan performer. In 2001, he became Zhao Benshan's 20th disciple. He has been well received by the audience for his unique humor and funny stage performance.
Song Xiaofeng, a mainland Chinese actor, singer, and Errenzhuan performer, was accepted as the 38th disciple by Zhao Benshan. With his down-to-earth performance style, every comedy role he plays can bring plenty of jokes and gags, making the audience laugh.
Wang Xiaoli is a mainland Chinese actor, a crosstalk performer, and Zhao Benshan's sixth disciple. He has performed in the Spring Festival Gala with Zhao Benshan for many times and has received numerous praises.
Li Lin is an actress and Errenzhuan actor from mainland China. Born into a family of opera performers, Li Lin is an outstanding singer in Errenzhuan. There are many couples in Errenzhuan, and Li Lin and Wang Xiaoli are no exception. They have become the golden pair of Errenzhuan that everyone envy, and have created many popular works that are deeply loved and welcomed by the audience.
Yan Guangming is a mainland Chinese actor and the 12th disciple of Zhao Benshan. As the only professional actor among Zhao Benshan's disciples who has learned Errenzhuan since childhood, Yan Guangming not only has a good voice and martial arts, but also has a wide range of acting skills. He won the silver medal for performance in the "First Zhao Benshan Cup Errenzhuan Grand Prix".
Zhao Haiyan, a Chinese actress and a national second-level actor, has performed many popular skits with Zhao Benshan, such as "Blind Date" and "Blind Date 2". She is "Yongqiang's mother" in "Country Love" and "Ge's mother" in "Cherry". Although she is young, her mature appearance and years of stage experience allow her to portray roles with ease and win the hearts of the people.
