This workshop is suitable for singers of all voice types, regardless of their level of experience. While some familiarity with reading music is beneficial, the workshops are open to anyone interested in enhancing their skills and musicality. The event will take place at the majestic St Machar's Cathedral in Aberdeen. Upon registration at 09:30, participants will embark on a guided journey through the uplifting and dramatic repertoire of Haydn's Creation, immersing themselves in the rich harmonies and emotive melodies. The workshop will run from 10:00 to 16:30, allowing ample time for participants to refine their vocal technique and deepen their understanding of this timeless composition. Ticket prices range from £0 to £35 and include the hire of scores as well as light refreshments throughout the day. At 16:30, there will be an informal performance where participants can showcase their progress. Friends and family are welcome to attend this special moment.
