Move away from traditional, high-intensity workouts and embrace a more holistic approach to fitness. This class offers a combination of Pilates and BalletFit exercises that will leave you feeling strong, flexible, and lean. In this 60-minute session, you'll engage in a 30-minute Pilates workout using various Pilates Apparatuses followed by 30 minutes of BalletFit training on the ballet bar or chair. The graceful movements of ballet will challenge your body in new ways, while Pilates focuses on building core strength and improving flexibility. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class is open to all levels of experience.
