On Monday, October 9th, the city of Plainfield will come alive with the celebration of Indigenous Peoples' Day. DanceQuest invites everyone to take a break from their school routine and join us for a day filled with cultural exploration and dance. Dance Around the World is a unique dance camp that aims to bring people together through the universal language of dance. From Bollywood to Hip Hop, West African to American Indian Drum and Dance, and Chinese Traditional Dance, participants will have the opportunity to learn and experience a diverse range of dance styles. The camp is open to children and teenagers aged 5-17 years, and siblings can join at a discounted rate of $20 per person. Comfortable attire is recommended, with dance shoes preferred but tennis shoes will also be suitable. Participants are also advised to bring a light, nut-free snack and a water bottle. Drop off will be at 8:45am in the Main Lobby, and pick up will be between 1:00-1:15pm in the same location.
