The upcoming event not to be missed is The Form Lab's 2nd Deadlifting Competition and Fundraiser, scheduled for December 9, 2023, in Portland, Maine. This thrilling event presents an excellent opportunity to support the Equality Community Center while showcasing your strength and agility. Whether you participated in the last competition and want to do it again, or if you missed out and are eager to demonstrate your abilities, now is the time to sign up. The event is open to both the public and members of TFL, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for all. Registration fee is $35, with a sliding scale option based on financial need. Take part in the competition, become a spectator, or do both! With up to 60 competitors expected, the event promises a healthy dose of friendly competition. Additionally, there will be a vendor area, donation raffle, and prizes for the top three contenders in each category. Choose between the women's open, men's open, or partner category (open to all genders). Don't have a partner? No problem! We can pair you up with another participant or a member of our knowledgeable staff. Remember, this event is not just about deadlifting; it's about making a difference in our community.
