Join Lisa Frankenstein for a 4-hour workshop on drag performance as part of Detour Dance's Winter 2024 Intensive Series. This workshop focuses on refining stage presence, crafting distinctive characters, and making compelling decisions on stage. It is the perfect opportunity to explore the nuanced artistry of drag. Detour Dance's Winter 2024 Intensive Series immerses participants in their unique approach to devised theater, experiential work, and drag artistry. Each workshop is facilitated by Detour collaborators, providing valuable insights into the company's creative process. This series is designed for advanced, pre-professional, and professional dance and theater artists. Sliding-scale tuition is available for each workshop, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. All workshop venues are ADA accessible and have gender-neutral restrooms.
