Welcome to the beginning of greatness at the DUB Athletic Linebacker Training Clinic! Athletes and parents alike are invited to join this free 2-hour training session, specially designed to enhance performance on the field. During the clinic, participants will learn vital techniques such as proper stretching, warm-up exercises, recovery methods, and pre- and post-training nutrition. Our experienced coaches will guide athletes on perfecting their LB stance, block shedding, pass dropping, break techniques, and reading LB keys. The clinic also emphasizes the importance of effort, a winning attitude, and being properly nourished with healthy carbs. Athletes are required to bring cleats, weather-appropriate attire, and arrive without consuming fast food or heavy meals two hours prior to the workout. The DUB Athletic Linebacker Training Clinic will take place on January 7, 2024, at Grapevine Middle School, located at 301 Pony Parkway, Grapevine, TX 76051. This event promises an immersive training experience with all necessary equipment provided.
