Learning Objectives
Participants will explore the process of team building and learn how to foster collaboration and communication among youth.
Participants will engage in a variety of friendly competitive events and group activities that promote MVPA for all.
Participants will experience opportunities for cross-age support, building mentorship and teamwork across different age groups.
