"Escape from the Archives" is an exciting event taking place at the Rhode Island State Archives in Providence on October 21st. This event is part of the National Archives Month celebrations. Participants will have the opportunity to experience a special escape room and delve into the captivating history of one of the greatest treasures housed in the Rhode Island State Archives. To ensure an immersive experience, each time slot is limited to 5 individuals. While it is not mandatory, we recommend signing up in groups of four or five. If you prefer to include more than five people in your session or if you have any additional questions about the event or the waitlist, please reach out to statearchives@sos.ri.gov directly. If you find yourself unable to attend, kindly inform the State Archives staff so that your reservation can be allocated to someone from the waitlist.
